Guest Rooms

AYes. Every guest-room bath uses free-flowing natural hot-spring water.

Your Stay

AUp to four guests, including adults and preschool-age children, may stay in one room. Capacity may vary by room, so please contact us for details.

AWe are sorry, but pets cannot be accommodated.

ACheck-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m.

Dining

ABreakfast is served in three sittings at 8:00, 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. Dinner is served in two sittings at 6:00 and 7:00 p.m.

APlease inform us in advance about allergies or foods you cannot eat. We will accommodate requests wherever possible.

AFor hygiene and safety reasons, outside food is generally not permitted in the restaurant. We can warm baby food, so please ask a staff member.

ABeverages may be brought into your guest room.

Hot Springs

AThe water is an alkaline simple hot spring.

AThere is no public bath.

Children

AChildren of all ages are welcome.

ABaby beds are not available.

AAn additional futon is JPY 3,300 including tax.

AWe do not provide dedicated baby equipment.

ACakes, preserved-flower arrangements, fresh-flower arrangements and red or purple chanchanko celebration garments are available.

AParking is available for five vehicles.

ATransportation within Yufuin and to nearby sightseeing areas may be arranged. Airport transfers may also be available upon consultation. Please contact us at least three days before check-in for airport transfer requests.

AYes. Luggage can be shipped cash on delivery via Yamato Transport.
