INTRODUCTION
Executive Chef Abe brings his passion for Yufuin, the place where he started his career, to the table using traditional techniques.Seto, a master of French cuisine, offers unique cuisine that combines Japanese and French elements.Please thoroughly enjoy the story of a meal and the experience to find Yufuin in the five senses from check-in to check-out.
The meal will be prepared by our Executive Chef, Keisuke Abe.He will use his experience to create a new history in Yufuin, the place where he was born and raised.Breakfast and dessert will be prepared by Takashi Seto, who has trained as a French chef at several starred hotel restaurants. We offer an American breakfast that is gentle on your body when you wake up.

We offer a variety of carefully selected ingredients from all over Kyushu, tailored to the tastes of each guest. You will enjoy a special dish where even the technique has been adjusted. A luxurious and creative dinner using plenty of Kyushu's local ingredients, served for you in-room dining.

- ASAGI GALLERY -
The restaurant building "ASAGI" located in the center of the site has only 6 luxurious and spacious counter seats. For guests staying for consecutive nights, a sushi counter is available for the second night's dinner, where you can enjoy authentic sushi kaiseki prepared in front of you by a chef. We offer a sushi restaurant where our head chef carefully selects fish and vegetables from Kyushu and Oita.
