If you receive a suspicious message via WhatsApp, other messaging apps, email or SMS:

Do not open any URLs or links

Do not reply

Do not make any payment or transfer as instructed

To confirm your reservation, contact our hotel or the official support of the booking site you used

If you have entered card details on a suspicious website or made a payment, please contact your card issuer immediately.

We will never ask you to enter card details or make payments via WhatsApp or other messaging apps. The cause of the unauthorized access has been identified and fixed as of September 26, and we will post further updates on this page.
